Design and monitoring of deep machine pit and building extension works immediately adjacent to operating machinery.  - Materials access, dust, noise exposure of construction workers!, temporary weather protection were all issues.

Unicorn Abrasives Stafford  

Design and monitoring of modifications and extensions to two adjoining existing factory buildings including deep machine bases and pits with difficult ground conditions.  Construction operations phased around manufacturing operations.

Trelleborg Trowbridge

Construction of factory extensions including new manufacturing, goods in,  goods out.  Works were taking place as manufacturing volumes were ramping up as a result of increased order volume and closure of another plant.  New machinery deliveries and installations were taking place to existing manufacturing areas at the same time as new construction was taking place.
